I went to the Edgewater Yacht Club tonight for a work function and was talking with members about boating. I know this much ][ about boating.
Steph thinks I need to buy a boat.

maybe you should have a house without holes in it before you buy that boat. Otherwise you'd own 2 things with holes in it.

The holes have been fixed, thank you. At least the ones that used to let the rain in.
Which is like having a boat that doesn't leak, which means I can fix boats.
